After growing up in a home surrounded by wildlife & pets, Phoenix developed a deep care for animals.

It's to easy to change the channel when confronting images are shown on TV. Watch them, until they upset you, & watch them some more, until you cannot bare it & you have to do something about it, until your weakness becomes a strength & you do something to help.

Phoenix is in the midst of organizing a series of 5 impossible feats in 5 weeks to raise $5000 for 5 animal welfare charities with a particular TV network. This challenge already has the support of certain Australian celebrities. More to follow soon.

A LIVE performance is being planned to take place late Winter at the Enmore Theatre featuring Phoenix & a few celebrity comedians. All proceeds will go to help the heroes of Sea Shepherd fight or the animals of our oceans. This event is also being organised by Phoenix.
More details to follow.

Phoenix performs live on TV ONE's (New Zealand) "Good Morning" show. Phoenix performed a variety of mentalism routines, slightly freaking out hosts Sarah & Hayden as he performed his hand spiking routine to open the show, & then proceeded to read their minds, devining the name of Hayden's childhood pet, & Sarah's chosen geographical location & even a landmark to match.

Later in the show Phoenix performed one of the fastest demonstrations of suggestion & influence, causing host Hayden to lose all strength in his arms.

"The interview was a fun experience & I look forward to coming back soon!" said Phoenix.

The combination of water tank escape, mentalist show, & smoke chamber appearance proved a great success on board P&O's flagship, the PACIFIC JEWEL with guests staying in the theatre for over an hour after the show to meet Phoenix & Marie, inspect the water tank, & take photos & autographs.

A mentalism themed workshop was mentioned during the show for those wishing to meet him & learn a couple of memory retention techniques. Upon entering the lounge where it was held the day after the show, Phoenix was startled to find that over 400 guests had turned up & others had attempted to attend however the venue was at full standing room only capacity.
